Effective: January 1, 1995
The boundaries of the franchised territory of the
Central Springfield Little League (CSLL) are as follows:
- Begin
where the Southern Railroad tracks cross Accotink Creek.

Proceed south along Accotink Creek to the
Springfield-Franconia Parkway (Route 7900).
- Then
west on the Springfield-Franconia Parkway until it merges
with the Fairfax County Parkway (Route 7100).
- Then
west along the Fairfax County Parkway (Route 7100) to the
intersection of Pohick Road (Route 641).
- Then
southeast along Pohick Road until it intersects the Shirley
Memorial Highway (1-95).
- Then
north on I-95 to Backlick Road (Route 617).
- Then
southeast on Backlick Road until it intersects Ehlers Road,
then northeast to the western boundary of the Fort Belvoir
Military Reservation, continuing northeast then northwest
along the western boundary of the Fort Belvoir Military
Reservation until intersecting Telegraph Road (Route 611).
- Then
northeast on Telegraph Road to the northeast boundary of the
Humphrey's Engineering Center (Ft. Belvoir).
- Then
southeast and east along the boundary of Humphrey's
Engineering Center to the southwest corner of Huntley
Meadows Park, thence north along the western boundary of
Huntley Meadows Park to the boundary of the U.S. Coast Guard
Radio Station.
- Then
northwest along the southwest boundary of the U.S. Coast
Guard Radio Station to Telegraph Road (Route 611).
- Then
northeast along Telegraph Road to the northeast boundary of
the U.S. Coast Guard Radio Station.
- Then
southeast along the northeast boundary of the U.S. Coast
Guard Radio Station to the western boundary of Huntley
Meadows park, thence north along the west boundary of
Huntley Meadows Park to Telegraph Road (Route 611).
- Then
northeast on Telegraph Road to Rose Hill Drive.
- Then
north on Rose Hill Drive to Franconia Road (Route 644).
- Then
west on Franconia Road to Bush Hill Drive.
- Then
north on Bush Hill Drive to the end of Bush Hill Drive
thence due north until reaching the Richmond,
Fredericksburg, and Potomac Railroad tracks.
- Then
west along the Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac
Railroad tracks until intersecting the Beltway (I-95/I-495),
thence due west until intersecting the Southern Railway
tracks.
- Then
west along the Southern Railway tracks until reaching
Accotink Creek (the starting point.)
