Please Mail Late Registration Forms and Fees to PO Box 334, Springfield, VA 22150 and contact the Player-Agent by clicking here to inform him of your registration.  Thank you.

Registration Fees - 2012 Spring Season:

• $110 for the first player and $65 for each additional player signed up. 

• A $5.50 Country user fee per child. 

• A $50 refundable Field Maintenance user fee per family.  This fee can be reimbursed if you perform 4 hours of approved field maintenance work.

Bring proof of your child's birth and 3 proofs of residency to registration

* Bring Proof of Birth - Birth Certificate, or Military ID.

* Bring 3 Proofs of Residency - Utility Bill (1 only to count towards the 3), Driver's License, Voter Registration, School Records, Deed, Welfare Records, Federal, State and Local Records, etc.
