Registration Dates for Spring 2008 Baseball have been set

January 12, 2008 - 1st Registration - Springfield Estates Elem School  9am - 1pm

January 19, 2008 - 2nd Registration - Springfield Estates Elem School  9am - 1 pm

January 26, 2008 - Reg. Snow Date - Springfield Estates Elem School  9am - 1 pm 

February 21, 2008 - MANDATORY Parent Orientation Meeting - Springfield Estates Elem School - 7 pm

Registration Fees - 2008 Spring Season:

• $110 for the first player and $65 for each additional player signed up. 

• A $5.50 Country user fee per child. 

• A $50 refundable Field Maintenance user fee per family.  This fee can be reimbursed if you perform 4 hours of approved field maintenance work.

• A $25 Referral Credit available to families who refer a new registering family or families to CSLL. One referral credit limit to referring family.

Bring proof of your child's birth and 3 proofs of residency to registration

Bring to Registration:

* Proof of Birth - Birth Certificate or Military ID Card

* 3 Proofs of Residency -Utility Bill, Driver's License, Voter Registration, School Records, Welfare Records, Federal, State and Local Records, etc.
